- ASMR and ambience tracks
- Audio branding and sonic identity development

License and Usage:
All audio products purchased from RhythmHive come with a royalty-free license for commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the original audio files.

Custom Projects:
For custom sound design projects, specific terms will be outlined in a separate agreement. All custom work remains the property of RhythmHive until full payment is received.

Intellectual Property:
All content, including sound files, designs, and branding materials, are the property of RhythmHive and protected by copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability:
RhythmHive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Refund Policy

RhythmHive Refund Policy

Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital audio products (sound effects, UI/UX sounds, ASMR tracks, ambience files), all sales are final once the download link has been accessed. We cannot offer refunds on downloaded digital content.

Custom Sound Design Services:
For custom projects including podcast production and audio branding:
- 50% refund available if requested before work begins
- 25% refund available after initial concepts are delivered
- No refunds after final delivery and client approval

Defective Products:
If you receive a defective or corrupted audio file, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a replacement file or full refund at our discretion.

Subscription Services:
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be provided for partial months, but you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
